Private Appointments

Please remember that your attitude and energy affect the subtle energy used in these sessions, so please come with a positive attitude and open heart and mind and extend an invitation to those you love in the unseen world to join us.

General Terms

1. When you make an appointment, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your appointment. If you don't receive this email, please check your spam folder.

2. Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled with 48 hours’ notice. There will be no refunds for missed appointments or cancellations without 48 hours’ notice.

3. Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

4. Private sessions are recorded and an Mp3 will be sent to you for your personal and private use only. 

5. You are expressly prohibited from modifying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, publishing, or selling private session recordings without our prior written permission.

Mediumship

1. A mediumship session is a form of experiment; no claims are made and results cannot be guaranteed.

2. You can request a specific individual, but the success of this communication depends on many factors, so while the invitation can be extended, communication with a specific individual cannot be guaranteed.

3. If after 15 minutes, the medium decides the session is not working, for any reason, the medium may terminate the session for a refund.

4. If you choose to continue the session past 15 minutes, you are deemed to accept that the session is satisfactory, and the fee will not be refunded.  Not hearing from a specific individual is not grounds for termination or rescheduling.

5. The medium will not tell fortunes, but the loved one in spirit may offer a glimpse of your overall situation at the time of the session and offer guidance.

6. Group demonstrations of mediumship are a form of experiment. No claims are made and results cannot be guaranteed. Contact with a specific person is not guaranteed. You are not guaranteed a personal message.

Soul Readings/Spiritual Assessments

1. During soul readings/spiritual assessments, the medium will make every effort to bring information to light to help you in your life and on your path.

2. These are not predictive readings. The medium may suggest potential outcomes, but these outcomes can be changed by the actions of the client.

3. These sessions are designed to empower the client with additional insights and information, but the decision to act on any insights offered is entirely the responsibility of the client. 

Healing Mediumship

1. For healing mediumship appointments, please be aware that this is a form of healing by the use of forces or energies from the world of spirit, channelled through the healer by the laying of hands on or near the body, prayer, or the direction of thought from a distance. No claims or guarantees are given, and no medical knowledge or advice is implied by this healing service.

2. Healing mediumship is complementary and not an alternative to conventional medicine. It does not involve dispensing medical advice or prescribing the use of any technique as a replacement form of treatment for physical, mental, or medical problems by your doctor either directly or indirectly.

Classes & Community

General Terms & Conditions

1. Our courses are for educational purposes only.

2. All bookings are final and non-refundable.

3. Our staff are not liable for possible damage incurred as a direct or indirect consequence of using the contents, advice, or interpretation thereof, of any of our courses, web content, or email communication.

4. The teacher's image or comments during the course may be recorded, copied, transcribed, and distributed by us and used in perpetuity. No recordings will be made or distributed of a student's image or voice without the student's written release indicating permission to do so.

5. Our courses, web content, and email communication are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical or mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or qualified mental health care providers with any questions you may have regarding a medical or psychological condition or treatment. Never delay seeking professional medical or mental health advice. Never disregard professional medical or mental health care advice regardless of what you have learned in a course, or email, or on our website.

6. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse admittance into any course, or to terminate and refund the pro-rated registration fee to any individual from any course we offer at any time for any reason.

7. We reserve the right to cancel the registration without refund of any participant who defaults on his or her tuition payment agreement.

8. We reserve the right to remove individuals from classes or our social media sites or other platforms if this is deemed necessary for the wellbeing of other students and staff.

9. To grant community membership, we need your permission to contact you with news and updates. Therefore, to ensure that we are GDPR compliant, you must opt-in to receive emails. If we do not have permission to contact you, we will need to suspend your account.

10. All online classes require attendees to participate through a personal device's microphone and/or camera. The election of an attendee to participate under this condition constitutes a release and waiver of rights in the capture of the attendee's image, likeness, and/or voice for exclusive use by Karen Frances McCarthy.

11. If you use our educational services, you agree that you will not:

    1. violate any laws, third party rights, or our policies;

    2. use our sites and tools if you are not able to form legally binding contracts, or are under the age of 18;

    3.  interfere with other users' listings;

    4. post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or libelous content (including personal information), or use the service and site for link building purposes;

    5. take any action that may undermine feedback and/or ratings systems;

    6. distribute or post spam, unsolicited, or bulk electronic communications, chain letters, or pyramid schemes;

    7.  distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm any visitors to the site;

    8. harvest or otherwise collect information about users, including email addresses, without their consent.

12. On-demand courses are offered with the option to connect to other participants and presenters via the Internet, allowing the participants to provide, receive, and discuss information together by live interaction, contemporaneous with the presentation.

13. On-demand courses with lifetime access are offered while the company is conducting business. In the event of closure, best efforts will be made to provide the content on an alternative platform.
